Operation Cleanup

Hi everyone!  We’re still at the orphanage.  A lot of us have been experiencing some health problems (loose motion and the black tongue), so keep that in your prayers.  We miss American food, and beef in particular!

We’ve tackled cleaning bathrooms, and had some great time spent with the leaders here.  They have such a heart for this country.  We are all very inspired and hope to bring the same heart home to share with our friends and families.

We have two more days here before we start our traveling again.  We’ll have limited access to the internet, but we will update whenever we can.

Hi everyone!

We’re at the orphanage now.  We got to meet the kids yesterday - they’re amazing!  We got to sit in on an orphan prayer service and they taught us the songs.  It’s a beautiful sound to hear them all singing together!

Before we left Delhi, we also got to visit an orphanage there.  The picture below is from our visit there.  The kids love to have their photos taken, and they always smiling.

We will be here for the rest of this week, helping to clean the orphanage and doing activities with the kids as we get to know them.

So far everyone has stayed healthy and we’re all having a great time!  We can’t wait to tell you all our stories when we return to the states!

We’ve made it safely to India!  Today we’re off to explore Delhi, do a little sight seeing, and visit the orphanage here.  We should have some fun pictures to share soon!  Keep checking back to see what we’re up to.
